Psychiatry and Executive Coaching
I am a Stanford-educated psychiatrist with an additional Harvard JD/MBA education offering highly individualized psychiatric care in Menlo Park, California. Patients ages 16 and above are welcome, including executives, entrepreneurs, founders, professionals, parents, students, and others navigating complex issues and significant responsibilities. Particular areas of focus are helping people facing pressure, transition, uncertainty, or high expectations. Psychiatric medications are also available as one component of treatment.
My approach is warm, caring, practical, and collaborative. You can count on me to listen carefully. I will help you apply your strengths to the challenges you face. I will also help you address the complex systems in which you work and live. We are a team focused on your goals. What I bring is experience and objectivity. What you bring is that you are the expert on you.
For those it fits well, I also offer an alternative approach—executive coaching. This encompasses all aspects of leadership at work as well as the integration of work, personal, and family life.
